SSH is expanding its team for new construction supervision projects in Dubai, UAE. We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our hiring efforts for senior engineering and architectural roles within the hospitality sector. This key position requires expertise in recruiting experienced professionals who have a solid background in consultant supervision and construction oversight.

Key Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier candidates for various senior positions across engineering and design disciplines. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes while collaborating closely with project managers and stakeholders to understand workforce needs and ensure timely placement of qualified specialists.

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to construction supervision projects in hospitality.
• Source and evaluate candidates with extensive UAE experience in relevant engineering and architectural roles.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations in alignment with company policies.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for immediate and future project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations and company standards throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the construction or engineering industries.
• Strong knowledge of consultant supervision roles related to hospitality projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with senior-level candidates and internal teams.
• Familiarity with the Dubai job market and UAE employment regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.

• Mechanical Engineer – 15+ years experience, 5 years in UAE
• Electrical Engineer – 15+ years experience, 5 years in UAE
• Senior Structural Engineer – 15+ years experience, 5 years in UAE
• Senior Quantity Surveyor – 15+ years experience, 5 years in UAE
• Discipline Inspectors (Architectural / ID / Civil / Mechanical / Electrical) – 10+ years experience, 5 years in UAE
