Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Structural Design Engineers proficient in Tamil to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role involves contributing to the design and analysis of building and infrastructure projects while collaborating closely with architects, contractors, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and evaluation of structural designs, preparing detailed drawings and models, and supporting technical documentation requirements. Regular site inspections are also part of the role to verify that engineering designs are properly implemented and to address any technical challenges that may arise.

• Conduct structural design and analysis for a variety of construction projects.
• Prepare and review structural drawings and models using software tools such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Revit, and BIM.
• Perform site visits to monitor design implementation and troubleshoot on-site issues.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to facilitate efficient project execution.
• Ensure all designs adhere to industry codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Generate detailed design calculations, reports, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and other technical documents.
• Provide ongoing technical support from design through construction phases.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. Proficiency in the key engineering software AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Revit, and BIM is essential for this position. Strong communication skills in Tamil are required to facilitate team coordination and client interactions.
