Desert Landscape is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Dubai to oversee project cost control and contract administration for construction and landscaping projects. The ideal candidate will bring over 12 years of industry experience and a strong background in quantity surveying or civil engineering.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will manage all aspects of project cost management, ensuring budgets are maintained, and contracts are administered efficiently. Your responsibilities will include monitoring expenses, preparing cost reports, and collaborating with project teams to control financial aspects from start to completion.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of professional experience in construction and landscaping-related quantity surveying
• Proven expertise in project cost control and contract management
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an HND qualification in Quantity Surveying
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
