ASCC (Al Sahel Contracting Company) is seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join their team in Umm Ramool, Dubai. This role involves overseeing daily site operations to ensure projects meet quality, safety, and specification standards. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in civil construction and the ability to coordinate efficiently with various stakeholders to support project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

The Site Engineer will supervise and manage the day-to-day activities on site. This includes ensuring adherence to approved drawings and project specifications while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Collaboration with Project Engineers, subcontractors, and other relevant disciplines is critical for smooth project execution. Monitoring progress, materials, and manpower deployment forms a key part of the role, alongside maintaining accurate site documentation such as inspection reports and as-built drawings.

Requirements

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and have at least two years of experience in civil construction. A minimum of one year in a similar Site Engineer position is essential. Practical knowledge of site execution, setting out work, quantity estimation, and subcontractor coordination is required. Familiarity with construction drawings, method statements, Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), and QHSE procedures will ensure success in this position.
