Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Office Engineer specializing in Civil Engineering to join a leading contractor based in Dubai. The role involves managing technical operations related to civil materials and finishes across a variety of high-profile building projects, including residential towers, hospitality developments, and large-scale infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibility is to supervise the selection process, testing procedures, and quality assurance of construction materials used in civil engineering projects. This includes oversight of architectural, interior, landscape, structural, and façade finishes to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• A minimum of 12 years’ hands-on experience working with major contractors in the UAE.
• Extensive knowledge of various civil engineering materials and finishes.
• Proven ability to handle technical aspects of construction projects related to residential, hospitality, and tower developments.
• Strong understanding of quality control processes in construction.

Work Environment and Location

This position is based in Dubai, specifically requiring presence at the Dubai South office upon selection. Candidates should be willing to work onsite and adapt to the dynamic construction environment.
