SIBCA is expanding its team at the Dubai South Branch and is looking for an experienced Senior ELV Presales Engineer. This position is tailored for a skilled professional passionate about designing sophisticated Low Current systems and leading projects successfully from initial concepts through to final delivery. The role focuses heavily on system architecture design, preparing bill of quantities (BOQ), value engineering, and providing expert consultation to clients, particularly in the context of Dubai’s real estate development standards.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior ELV Presales Engineer, you will:

• Develop and design advanced Low Current system architectures tailored to client requirements.
• Prepare accurate BOQ estimates and contribute to cost-effective value engineering solutions.
• Engage with clients to understand requirements and provide technical advice aligned with Dubai real estate market expectations.
• Lead the presales process collaborating with sales and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Required Skills and Experience

• Extensive knowledge of Low Current systems design and integration.
• Strong technical expertise in system architecture and BOQ estimation.
• Proven track record working with Dubai real estate developers and understanding their specific project demands.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to deliver value engineering recommendations to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
