Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor specializing in fit-out projects to join a dynamic team in Dubai. This full-time position offers a competitive salary starting from AED 7,000, depending on your experience, with immediate joining availability.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), conducting cost estimations, and supporting tendering processes for fit-out works. Attention to detail in contractor cost control and material take-offs is essential. Familiarity with wooden joinery within interior fit-outs will be considered advantageous.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in quantity surveying within the fit-out sector.
• Proficient in preparing BOQs, cost estimation, and tender documentation.
• Strong skills in MS Excel and AutoCAD for accurate measurement and reporting.
• Prior UAE work experience is preferred but not mandatory.
