KEC Towers LLC, a leading Transmission Tower Manufacturing company located in DIP-2, Dubai, is seeking skilled CNC Operators to join their team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a background in mechanical engineering or relevant manufacturing operations, particularly within steel-related industries. KEC Towers is a subsidiary of KEC International Limited, a globally recognized EPC organization, known for its expertise and strong presence in the electricity transmission sector.

Key Responsibilities

The CNC Operators will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machinery to ensure the accurate production of transmission tower components. This role requires close attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards specific to steel manufacturing. Operators will work to optimize machine performance and support the day-to-day manufacturing processes within the production facility.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, ITI certification, or equivalent practical experience in relevant manufacturing operations.
• A minimum of 5 to 8 years’ experience working with manufacturing operations, ideally within a steel or transmission tower production environment.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machinery operation and troubleshooting.
• Ability to follow technical drawings and manufacturing specifications precisely.
• Good understanding of workplace safety procedures and quality control practices.

Employment Details and Benefits

This position offers a direct hire on a 2-year renewable contract. The role is based in DIP-2, Dubai, with a competitive monthly salary ranging from AED 1800 to AED 2200. Salary will be determined based on the candidate’s interview performance, current remuneration, and overall fitment. In addition to the salary, the package includes food, accommodation, and other employment benefits.
