Job Overview

Al Fajer Facilities Management is seeking experienced MEP Engineers for immediate positions based in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a background in managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, particularly within high-rise buildings and facilities management sectors. Candidates must be currently residing in the UAE on cancelled or visit visas to be eligible for consideration.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves overseeing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of MEP systems in high-rise facilities. You will work closely with project teams to ensure all engineering standards and safety regulations are met, while supporting ongoing operations of mechanical and electrical infrastructure for various managed properties.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in high-rise building projects or facilities management environments in Dubai
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering principles as applied to building services
• Ability to coordinate and supervise maintenance and installation teams
• Familiarity with local codes and safety standards

Educational Qualifications

A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is mandatory for this role.
