We are seeking a skilled MEP Engineer to join our expanding team focused on delivering innovative real estate development projects in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in mechanical engineering and hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and related MEP systems. Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of MEP systems across various real estate projects. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure systems meet both client specifications and regulatory standards. Your expertise will enhance infrastructure reliability and contribute to sustainable building practices. Additionally, involvement in facilities management may be required, emphasizing system optimization and performance evaluation.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least two years of relevant work experience in MEP engineering or a related field.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, fire protection, and overall MEP design and execution.
• Experience in real estate development or facilities management is advantageous.
