Job Overview

We are urgently seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer (FSE) Manager to lead kitchen equipment projects in Bahrain. This role offers a comprehensive package including a salary of BD 2000 total, yearly airfare, family status allowance, company car, and SIM. The ideal candidate will oversee full project lifecycles from design to completion within the commercial kitchen equipment sector.

Key Responsibilities

The FSE Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end execution of food service equipment projects. This includes preparing technical drawings, layouts, and detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs), while closely collaborating with consultants, architects, suppliers, and clients. The role requires oversight of project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Additionally, the manager will enforce compliance with local health, fire, and safety regulations through site inspections, manage snag lists, and prepare handover documentation. Providing technical support during tendering and procurement phases and mentoring junior engineers and support staff are also important aspects of this position.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory
• Minimum 12 years of practical experience in commercial kitchen equipment projects
• Proficient user of AutoCAD for project design and layout development
• Demonstrated expertise across sales, after-sales, maintenance, installation, commissioning, and handover processes
• Strong project management and site supervision capabilities
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with multiple stakeholders
• Prior experience working within the GCC region is required
• Familiarity with leading international kitchen equipment brands such as Hobart, Rational, and Electrolux
• PMP certification or equivalent accreditation is considered an advantage
• Background in hospitality, food and beverage chains, hospitals, or central kitchen projects is preferred
