Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Facilities Engineer with 3 to 4 years of experience in the UAE to join our team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for an immediate joiner who specializes in managing and maintaining building systems and infrastructure, including HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing. The position requires a proactive professional capable of handling both planned preventive and reactive maintenance tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

The Facilities Engineer will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations related to Hard Facilities Management (FM) systems. Major duties include:

• Planning and executing Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) tasks.
• Supervising site operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety standards.
• Coordinating with vendors, managing purchase orders, and following up on procurement activities.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory authorities such as Dubai Civil Defence (DCD), Dubai Municipality (DM), and DEWA.
• Maintaining accurate documentation, including site logs and reports using MS Excel, and conducting basic Root Cause Analysis (RCA) when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience within the UAE facilities management sector.
• Proficient knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems in facility operations.
• Strong vendor management and coordination capabilities.
• Familiarity with local regulatory standards and safety compliance procedures.
• Good command of reporting tools and maintenance documentation.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
