Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will oversee the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects, leading site teams to ensure efficient execution. Your duties will include monitoring project progress, controlling costs, guaranteeing adherence to quality and safety standards, and managing relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities. You will be accountable for delivering successful project outcomes on schedule and within budget.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 7 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure projects within the UAE
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Excellent coordination and communication capabilities with various stakeholders
• Solid knowledge of UAE regulations, including quality assurance and safety compliance
• Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges
• Current residency in the UAE is a must
