Openings are available for various roles including Cost Control Engineer, Contract Management Engineer, Document Controller, and Quality Control Engineer. Candidates must have relevant experience in the construction industry within the UAE, with competitive salaries based on individual qualifications and expertise.

Available Positions and Key Responsibilities

Cost Control Engineer

• Manage cost control processes including budgeting, accounting, and auditing for construction projects
• Monitor project expenses and prepare detailed financial reports
• Assist in forecasting and controlling project budgets

Contract Management Engineer

• Oversee contract administration and manage claims and litigation related matters
• Ensure compliance with construction contracts and handle project documentation efficiently
• Bring at least five years of experience in contract management within the construction sector

Document Controller

• Handle document management systems, ensuring accurate project documentation and records control
• Maintain organization for all project-related papers with a minimum of two years’ experience in the construction field

Quality Control Engineer

• Implement and monitor quality standards across construction projects
• Conduct inspections and ensure adherence to project requirements with relevant UAE construction experience

Candidate Requirements

• Proven work experience in the UAE construction sector is mandatory
• Preferably experienced with UAE developers or similar organizations
• Salary packages are dependent on qualifications, experience, and skills
