Job Overview

KAD Construction LLC is seeking a skilled Cost Control Engineer with extensive experience in civil and infrastructure construction to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This role is ideal for professionals who have a solid background in road and infrastructure projects and are adept at managing project finances efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project cost control activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and detailed cost reporting. This position requires hands-on management of construction costs, tracking variations, analyzing subcontractor expenses, and maintaining accurate financial records throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in cost control within the civil or infrastructure construction sector.
• Proven expertise with road and infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction budgeting, cost variation management, and subcontractor cost tracking.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to prepare clear and concise cost reports.
• Experience using CCS Candy software is highly preferred and considered an advantage.

Requirements

Candidates must demonstrate a strong background in managing project financials within the construction industry, especially in infrastructure or road development projects. Attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work within multidisciplinary teams are essential for success in this role.
