Job Overview

Sobha Constructions is actively seeking skilled MEP professionals to join their team for prestigious high-rise projects in Dubai. Openings are available for Site Engineer, Senior Site Engineer, and Planning Engineer roles specializing in HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. Candidates with 2 to 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

As a member of Sobha Constructions’ engineering team, you will be expected to oversee the execution of MEP systems on site, ensuring high standards of quality and safety. Planning Engineers will coordinate project schedules and resource allocation to support smooth operations. Both roles require collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to meet project timelines and specifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
• 2 to 8 years of experience in MEP engineering for high-rise construction projects.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems within building construction.
• Excellent site management, planning, and coordination capabilities.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
