The Contracts Manager will take charge of managing contractual variations, claims, and risks effectively. Coordination with multiple cross-functional teams to support project execution and commercial success will be essential. This role demands a proactive approach to dispute avoidance and resolution.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in contracts or commercial roles within the EPC or construction sectors.
• Strong negotiation capabilities coupled with a solid understanding of compliance and tender support processes.
• In-depth knowledge of handling variations, extension of time (EOT) claims, and mitigating contractual disputes.
