Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer registered with Dubai Municipality who holds a valid G+4 Building Contracting classification or license. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various building projects across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee construction activities for G+4 building projects to ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and relevant stakeholders to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
• Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and related documentation.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and Dubai Municipality codes throughout project phases.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Registration with Dubai Municipality as a Civil Engineer.
• Valid G+4 Building Contracting classification or license.
• Strong knowledge of construction management principals and local building codes.
• Proven experience working on multi-level building projects, preferably in Dubai.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
