Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our expanding construction team in Dubai. This position focuses on residential villa projects classified under G+1 building contracting by Dubai Municipality. The role is pivotal to supporting growth in government-backed housing initiatives, including projects associated with the Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will manage the execution of G+1 villa projects from inception through to final handover. They will coordinate closely with consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities, ensuring strict adherence to Dubai Municipality regulations. The role involves overseeing site progress, quality control measures, and detailed reporting. Additionally, supporting contractor classification and facilitating technical approvals will be essential duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (attested)
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within the UAE or GCC construction market
• In-depth understanding of Dubai Municipality building regulations and approval procedures
• Proven experience in residential construction projects, particularly G+1 villas
• Strong capability in site management, coordination, and inspection processes
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality contractor classification requirements is highly desirable
