Key Responsibilities

The AI Prompt Engineer will be responsible for harnessing large language models (LLMs) to generate high-quality, brand-aligned outputs. Key tasks include:

• Utilizing the full potential of LLMs to create consistent and effective AI-generated content that aligns with company tone and guidelines.
• Experimenting with varied prompt approaches to determine the most reliable and accurate results across multiple applications.
• Designing inputs for chatbots, content creation, image generation, and coding, understanding technical constraints like context windows, token limits, and semantic structures.
• Developing and maintaining a repository of AI prompts to support marketing teams in rapidly producing consistent and high-caliber campaign content.
• Translating complex natural language into clear, structured prompts that guide AI models toward precise, actionable outcomes ready for business use.
• Testing AI outputs to identify and reduce hallucinations and biases, ensuring all content aligns with fairness, safety, and brand standards.
• Documenting AI responses effectively and creating tutorials to help teams adopt AI tools confidently and consistently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related fields.
• In-depth knowledge of large language models, prompt engineering, natural language processing (NLP), and AI/ML fundamentals.
• Experience with context windows, tokens, and understanding the limitations of AI models.
• Demonstrated proficiency in prompt engineering or similar roles involving AI and machine learning.
• Strong creative problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Capability to translate technical concepts into clear, effective prompts that AI systems can accurately interpret.
