Gulf Model School in Dubai is actively seeking a qualified Assessment Specialist to join their education team. This role focuses on managing school examinations, administering international assessment tools, and providing insightful data analysis to support academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities

The Assessment Specialist will take charge of organizing and overseeing the entire examination process within the school. Responsibilities include administering a range of internationally recognized assessments such as NGRT, PIRLS, TIMSS, CAT4, and PISA. The role also involves offering training and support to teachers on assessment methodologies, analyzing student performance data, and preparing detailed reports for school leadership to inform strategic decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have proven experience in exam coordination and data analysis within an educational setting. A strong understanding of international assessment tools and benchmarks is essential. Candidates must demonstrate excellent organizational abilities and effective communication skills to collaborate successfully with faculty and management. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field is required.
