Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer for a local transfer within the UAE. This role offers a competitive all-inclusive salary of up to AED 5,000 and requires candidates to have a minimum of two years’ practical experience. Applicants must currently reside in the UAE to qualify for this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

As a Site Engineer, your primary responsibility will be overseeing day-to-day construction activities on site. You will ensure all work adheres to project specifications, engineering standards, and safety regulations. Regular site inspections will be conducted to monitor progress and maintain quality control. Collaboration with Project Managers, Architects, subcontractors, and other relevant parties is essential to ensure smooth operations and timely completion.

You will also be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and topographical data, as well as coordinating the delivery and allocation of construction materials. Identifying potential project risks and implementing preventive actions will be a critical part of your role. Maintaining thorough documentation, including site diaries, progress updates, change orders, and quality assurance records, is also expected.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• At least 2 years of hands-on construction site experience
• Previous experience working within the UAE is highly desirable
• Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and current regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office applications, GIS, and other engineering tools
• Experience in supervising construction sites effectively
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
