Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager specializing in QA/QC for Fit-Out projects to oversee quality and execution across multiple sites in Dubai. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that every construction detail, from structural elements to finishing touches, complies with the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance and quality control processes on-site for fit-out works.
• Coordinate and supervise project execution to meet deadlines and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with all construction standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve any quality or progress issues promptly.
• Perform regular site inspections and reporting to maintain consistent quality delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager with a strong background in QA/QC.
• Extensive knowledge of fit-out construction methods and materials.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure on fast-paced sites.
