Job Overview

Kabri International Co. LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead major construction projects in Dubai. This full-time position requires 10 to 15 years of experience within the UAE or GCC, focusing on industrial, infrastructure, and bridge projects. The successful candidate will oversee all project phases—from initial planning through execution—ensuring adherence to quality, safety, budget, and schedule targets.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager will hold overall responsibility for guiding large-scale industrial construction projects. Key duties include:

• Leading and managing construction efforts across industrial initiatives.
• Supervising performance of Project Managers, Construction Managers, and other functional leaders.
• Selecting and monitoring main contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project standards.
• Providing strategic direction from concept design to commissioning stages.
• Complying with regulatory requirements and maintaining knowledge of UAE major authorities’ procedures.
• Building and sustaining strong relationships with key clients, operators, and stakeholders within the industrial sector.
• Overseeing budget management, cost control, and financial forecasting.
• Leading contract negotiations including variations and claims handling.
• Ensuring projects meet quality standards, are completed on time, and stay within budget.
• Identifying and mitigating critical project risks spanning technical, financial, contractual, and operational domains.
• Resolving major challenges, project delays, or disputes effectively.

Required Skills and Experience

Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

• Proven leadership experience managing Design & Built and built industrial, infrastructure, and bridge projects.
• At least 10 to 15 years in construction, with a minimum of 5 to 7 years in senior management roles.
• Deep expertise in industrial and infrastructure construction methods, including heavy civil works, structural work, and MEP systems.
• Strong history of successfully delivering complex projects in the region.
• Excellent leadership capabilities paired with effective stakeholder and client management skills.
• Proficiency in navigating fast-paced projects involving major developers and semi-government organizations such as RTA, DM, EMAAR, and DMCC.
• Ability to supervise multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams.
