Al Shafar Engineering LLC is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join their team in Dubai, UAE. This on-site role plays a vital part in overseeing and managing all logistics activities across multiple construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction logistics, with a focus on ensuring timely material movement and safe lifting operations.

Key Responsibilities

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating daily logistics operations, including the movement of materials, equipment, and manpower. Key duties involve supporting lifting operations while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards. The role also requires effective communication with suppliers, transporters, and subcontractors to track deliveries, handle delays proactively, and maintain accurate logistics documentation and reports.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates must have 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in construction logistics within the UAE. A working knowledge of basic lifting operation procedures is essential. Strong organizational capabilities and clear communication skills are critical for managing the dynamic environment on construction sites. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced atmosphere is also required.
