Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Document Controller to join our construction team in Dubai. This role requires 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience within the construction documentation field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing project documentation to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update all project documents and records related to construction activities.
• Ensure all documents are stored accurately and accessible to the project team.
• Coordinate with various departments to track and distribute documents efficiently.
• Support the documentation process during project deliveries and audits.
• Assist in preparing reports and filing necessary paperwork in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience specifically in construction document control.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Male candidates preferred in line with company policy.

Additional Details

The position will be available after the candidate completes their notice period with their current employer. Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience, subject to negotiation.
