We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in the construction industry to join a leading consultancy firm based in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will bring 8 to 10 years of relevant expertise, demonstrating strong knowledge in quantity surveying practices and project management within a consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost estimation and control for construction projects. Duties include preparing detailed cost plans, conducting tender analysis, cost forecasting, and ensuring effective budget management throughout the project lifecycle. Collaboration with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders is essential to deliver accurate financial reporting and support successful project completion.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 8 to 10 years’ experience in quantity surveying, specifically within consultancy roles.
• In-depth understanding of construction costs, procurement processes, and contract administration.
• Proven ability to analyze and evaluate tenders and project costs accurately.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with project teams and suppliers.
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards and regulations is highly preferred.
• UAE nationals are favored, though highly qualified candidates from other backgrounds will be considered.
