Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer registered with Dubai Municipality who holds a valid G+1 steel structure building contracting license. This role is dedicated to managing and overseeing steel structure projects within our Dubai-based developments.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising construction activities related to steel structures up to G+1 level, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, coordinating with project teams, and managing on-site operations efficiently. Attention to detail and adherence to Dubai’s regulations is vital for project success.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Registration with Dubai Municipality as a Civil Engineer
• Possession of a valid Building Contracting steel structure engineer G+1 license
• Proven experience in steel structure projects, particularly in the Dubai construction market
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
