Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Block Work Contractor for a villa construction project located in Al Manara, Dubai. The project involves working with various block types, including thermal, hollow, and solid blocks. This is an immediate opening with a project duration of three months.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete block work efficiently and to a high standard following project specifications.
• Manage the installation of thermal, hollow, and solid blocks as required.
• Coordinate with the on-site team to ensure timely progress according to schedule.
• Ensure scaffolding is properly utilized and maintained (included in the rate).

Requirements

• Start with a minimum crew of three masons and three helpers, all from the same company.
• All workmen must have valid Emirates ID, visa, and passport copies.
• Compulsory workmen’s compensation (WC) insurance for all workers.

Payment and Schedule

The rate for the block work is AED 40 per square meter, which includes AED 5 per square meter allocated for scaffolding. Payments will be made weekly throughout the project duration.
