Job Overview

A distinguished premium burger brand located in Jumeirah, Dubai, is seeking a skilled Barista and Dine-In Upselling Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role combines expert coffee preparation with proactive sales efforts on the dining floor, offering an excellent opportunity for those passionate about both beverage craft and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages with attention to detail and basic latte art skills.
• Engage with guests to promote and upsell menu add-ons such as desserts, drinks, and premium items.
• Enhance the overall guest experience by providing attentive service and personalized recommendations.
• Work efficiently under busy conditions to maintain service standards and optimize sales.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed revenue targets through effective upselling techniques.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven barista experience, including crafting coffee and other specialty beverages.
• Strong background in food and beverage upselling with a focus on increasing average order value.
• Confident communication abilities and excellent guest interaction skills.
• Familiarity with serving diverse clientele, particularly European and Emirati customers.
• Ability to stay composed and productive during peak hours.
• Professional appearance, energetic attitude, and customer-oriented approach.
• Immediate availability to start work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.
• Experience using Foodics POS system will be considered an advantage.

Location and Joining

This position is based in Jumeirah, Dubai, with immediate joining required.
