Available Positions and Responsibilities

The company is recruiting for the following positions:

• Cake Decorator: Candidates should have proven experience in a bakery or pastry setting. Expertise in fondant and cream cake decoration is essential, along with skills in cake finishing, piping, icing, and various decorative techniques.
• Bakery Assistant / Helper: Ideal applicants will have previous experience supporting bakery or pastry operations, including assistance with cake and pastry preparation and decoration. Basic knowledge of bakery ingredients, tools, and equipment is required.
• Cashier / Sales Associate: Candidates must possess previous Food & Beverage experience. Responsibilities include managing cash transactions, operating POS systems, and delivering excellent customer service with strong communication skills.
• Call Center Representative: Experience within Food & Beverage customer service or order-taking roles is preferred. The role involves managing customer inquiries, coordinating food delivery, and handling complaints professionally with excellent telephone etiquette.

Key Qualifications and Skills

• Relevant experience aligned with the specific position applied for.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly for customer-facing roles.
• Familiarity with bakery processes, ingredients, and tools (for bakery-related roles).
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced food service environment.
• Good command of telephone etiquette and customer service standards for call center applicants.
