We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of a bustling Food Hall located in Al Quoz, Dubai. This role demands a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic Food & Beverage environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences while managing multiple operational facets.

Key Responsibilities

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the Food Hall, ensuring smooth coordination between various outlets. Your duties will include managing day-to-day activities, maintaining high standards of service, monitoring cost control, and driving team performance for optimal results.

Required Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated experience managing operations in Food Halls, Food Courts, multi-outlet restaurants, or hotel F&B settings.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a hands-on approach, actively engaging on the floor to support your team.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including effective cost control and team management strategies.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Previous work experience within the UAE is considered a significant advantage.
