Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Commis Chef to join a busy kitchen team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop their culinary skills and gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced chefs. Immediate joiners are highly preferred for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior chefs with daily kitchen tasks and food preparation.
• Prepare a variety of hot and cold dishes following established recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards throughout the kitchen.
• Manage kitchen stock efficiently and help reduce food waste.
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes served.

Skills and Requirements

• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow direction.
• Good team player with a willingness to learn from senior chefs.
