Italian Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef Role

This position requires a passionate and experienced culinary professional fluent in both English and Italian. The ideal candidate will have proven skills in Italian fine dining, with experience as a Junior Sous Chef, Senior Chef de Partie, or a strong Chef de Partie in prestigious Italian restaurants. Based in Dubai, candidates must be available for a face-to-face interview and kitchen trial.

Reservation Agent Role

Flora Hospitality invites candidates with hospitality experience to join their team as reservation agents in Dubai. This customer-facing role requires excellent communication skills and familiarity with hotel reservation systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage booking inquiries through phone, email, and online platforms professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and room inventory using Opera PMS.
• Support guests with information about availability, rates, and hotel services.
• Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays to meet operational needs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in hotel reservations or similar roles.
• Proficiency in Opera PMS is essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Efficient multitasking and organizational capabilities.
