We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Assistant Chef to join a reputable catering business based in Dubai. This role offers a great chance to gain diverse culinary experience across various cuisines while contributing to the preparation and delivery of high-quality catering services.

The position comes with a competitive monthly salary of AED 4,000 and is located in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Chef will play a vital role in supporting kitchen operations through the following duties:

• Assist in preparing and cooking a wide range of dishes for catering events and daily kitchen service.
• Support menu planning and preparation for multiple dietary needs and cuisines.
• Maintain consistent food quality, presentation standards, and portion control.
• Ensure all food safety protocols and hygiene standards are observed rigorously.
• Help with ingredient preparation, kitchen organization, and stock management.
• Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely food production.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous professional experience working in catering companies, restaurants, hotels, or commercial kitchens.
• Ability to prepare dishes from various culinary traditions, such as Arabic, Indian, Continental, Asian, or similar styles.
• Strong understanding of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Effective teamwork, time management, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to assist with catering events and adapt to changing kitchen demands.
