Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead and develop our implementation consulting team in the MEA region. This role involves defining regional strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful deployment of enterprise software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in project and resource management, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

The Implementation Manager will be responsible for shaping the MEA regional implementation practice strategy while working closely with global professional services leaders. You will collaborate with leaders across departments including Success, Sales, and Operations to align project scopes and resource allocation. Leading a team of 5 to 10 implementation consultants, you will foster a high-performance culture, facilitate team communication, and maintain employee engagement. Additionally, you will serve as a point of escalation for internal and external queries, ensure adherence to delivery standards, and analyze project data to refine methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Arabic at a business level is essential.
• Proven leadership and people management experience, preferably as a direct line manager or mentor.
• Recent experience consulting in the MEA region across both private and public sectors.
• Background in enterprise software deployment, professional services, or customer success roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, including confident presentation skills.
• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively across regional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines effectively.
• Passion for customer experience management (CXM) and problem-solving with a commitment to client satisfaction.

Additional Responsibilities

The role also requires you to drive soft skills development within your team to enhance implementation results, maintain up-to-date product expertise aligned with platform evolution, and monitor key performance indicators such as billable utilization and project milestone achievements. You will contribute to the sales process by clarifying implementation approaches and supporting customer readiness.
