We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Restaurant Manager to join our expanding team in Dubai. This full-time role offers a chance to lead and enhance the operational excellence of a dynamic dining establishment, ensuring top-notch service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations to guarantee seamless service delivery. Your role includes leading, training, and motivating the front-of-house (FOH) team to maintain high performance. Ensuring exceptional food quality, hygiene standards, and guest experiences are top priorities. You will handle guest feedback professionally and promptly. Additionally, monitoring sales figures, inventory levels, cost controls, and overall restaurant performance will be under your management. Efficient staff scheduling and manpower planning are essential duties. Coordination between the kitchen and FOH teams must be smooth and effective. Compliance with UAE food safety regulations is mandatory. Driving sales growth and profitability through effective upselling strategies is also expected.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing restaurant operations or leading a FOH team. Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills are vital. A deep understanding of restaurant workflows and customer service excellence is required. You should demonstrate a customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management, and cost control practices will be a significant advantage. Experience within UAE’s hospitality sector is preferable but not mandatory.
