Key Responsibilities

As an ERP Implementation Executive, you will be involved in various phases of ERP projects. Your main duties will include gathering and analyzing business requirements, configuring system solutions, and facilitating user training sessions to enhance adoption. Additionally, you will perform system testing, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and provide ongoing support to users post-implementation. Close coordination with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure effective and timely project delivery.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of practical experience in ERP implementation or support roles. A solid understanding of ERP modules such as Finance, Inventory Management, Procurement, Human Resources, or Project Management is crucial. Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset are key to succeeding in this role. A Bachelor’s degree in fields like Accounting, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related disciplines is required. Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations and e-Invoicing processes will be considered an advantage.
