Key Responsibilities

As a Client Relationship/Account Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining productive relationships with both existing and prospective clients. You will attend client meetings, actively follow up on potential business leads, and coordinate internal teams to meet client requirements. Your duties will also include preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations to support sales efforts and business development initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or a related field. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. You should demonstrate strong interpersonal abilities, confidence in client interactions, and a readiness to learn and take initiative. Good organizational and presentation skills are required, along with a genuine interest in sales, technology, and business development. No prior experience in ELV or ICT is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.
