We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join a reputable medium-sized contracting company based in Dubai, UAE. This role is ideal for professionals with 3 to 5 years of experience in construction or civil engineering who are looking to leverage their industry knowledge and network to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for expanding the company’s client base through targeted B2B sales efforts, developing strong relationships with consultants and industry stakeholders, and negotiating contracts to secure profitable deals. Your expertise will directly contribute to the company’s market presence and project pipeline.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3-5 years of proven experience in business development within the construction or civil engineering sector.
• Extensive UAE market knowledge and established connections with consultants.
• Demonstrated ability in B2B sales and contract negotiation.
• Background and understanding of civil engineering principles and contracting processes.

Working Conditions

The position follows a Monday to Saturday schedule with working hours from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. The company offers a competitive salary package ranging from AED 6,000 to AED 7,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
