Job Overview

The Craft Engine (TCE), a full-service advertising production company based in Dubai, is expanding its team. Specializing in signage, branding, fabrication, interiors, events, and custom packaging, TCE is looking for experienced and motivated professionals to join their advertising production team. These roles require hands-on skills and the ability to manage real project deliveries across diverse materials and environments.

Available Positions

TCE is currently hiring for the following roles within their UAE operations:

• Vinyl Applicator & Signage Technician: Responsible for vinyl application on vehicles, walls, glass, and signage. The role includes acrylic signage finishing and installation, handling large-format graphics, surface preparation, and onsite installations.
• Digital Machine Operator (Custom Box & Fabrication): Operate CNC, laser, and plotter machines to produce custom boxes from boards, rigid materials, and leather. Familiarity with dielines, cutting, folding, and finishing techniques is essential. Experience in packaging or display production is preferred.
• Carpenter & Finishing Technician (Events & Interiors): Fabricate exhibition stands, kiosks, and display units using materials such as MDF, plywood, laminates, and veneers. This position demands strong painting, polishing, and finishing skills, along with the ability to work efficiently under tight event deadlines.
• Production Helper / Workshop Assistant: Support fabrication, installation, and material handling processes across all departments, including vinyl, carpentry, and digital machine operations. This role is ideal for candidates eager to learn and develop into technical positions.

Required Skills and Experience

Ideal candidates will have experience in the advertising, signage, or production industries with the versatility to work with various materials such as acrylic, wood, vinyl, boards, and metal. Attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively both in the workshop and onsite are essential. Being a proactive team player with a practical problem-solving attitude is highly valued.
