Job Overview

ESCo (UAE) is seeking a dynamic and skilled Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance our digital presence and boost brand recognition within the construction and building materials industry. This role is based in Dubai and offers an exciting opportunity to lead the company’s social media strategy across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will manage and grow our digital channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and others. You will be responsible for creating engaging and professional content such as posts, reels, product highlights, and site visit features. Additionally, you will design marketing campaigns targeting consultants and contractors, generate qualified leads through digital marketing efforts, and work closely with the sales team to promote products effectively. Enhancing customer engagement and solidifying brand positioning will also be vital aspects of this role.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate should bring at least three years of experience in social media marketing, preferably with a focus on B2B marketing in the construction industry. Expertise in content creation, including graphic design and short video production, is essential. A data-driven approach is required, including experience with analytics and reporting to measure campaign success and optimize results.
