Cornish – Arabian Aluminium Factory LLC, a leading company established in 1984, is currently seeking a skilled Marketing Executive to join their dynamic team in Dubai. This role focuses on marketing strategies with an emphasis on human resources and manpower recruitment. The ideal candidate will have solid experience working in Dubai and possess a valid Dubai driving license.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at recruitment and human resource promotion.
• Coordinate recruitment campaigns and manpower planning activities effectively.
• Collaborate closely with HR teams to align marketing initiatives with recruitment goals.
• Maintain regular communication with potential candidates and industry contacts to ensure a steady talent pipeline.
• Monitor market trends and generate reports to support decision-making.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 4 years experience in Dubai, preferably in human resources and manpower recruitment.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles related to recruitment and HR services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and candidates.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Must hold a valid Dubai driving license, enabling mobility within the city.
