Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Filipina Admin Secretary to join our team immediately in Dubai. This role is vital in supporting daily administrative functions as well as business development activities. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing enquiries, quotations, and tender documents, while coordinating effectively with suppliers and vendors concerning pricing and product details. Managing email communications and responding promptly to inquiries from clients and suppliers will be key duties. Additionally, following up on ongoing requests with suppliers, clients, and internal teams is expected.
This role also includes providing administrative assistance to the Business Development Director and engineering team as needed. Support to the accounts department with documentation and coordination tasks will also be required. The candidate will organize and maintain company records, files, and business documents.
Further responsibilities include organizing company meetings and events, managing internal coordination activities, and updating the company website and social media platforms. The ability to create basic graphic materials or marketing posts will be advantageous. General administrative and coordination duties will help ensure smooth company operations.
