Haya Tourism L.L.C is currently seeking a skilled Typist to join their team located in DIP 1, Al Quoz, Dubai. This role involves various administrative and typing duties essential for supporting the company’s operations, including handling documentation related to passport services and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing printing and photocopying tasks, operating different types of printers including A1, A4, and L305, and assisting clients with taking digital photos. Additional duties include preparing invoices and quotations, creating PDFs, scanning documents, and facilitating passport application appointments. The role also requires processing Pakistan passport renewals and performing other administrative functions typically found in a typing center environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should have good computer knowledge and familiarity with common office software. Prior experience working in an office or typing center setting is preferred, as it will ease the transition into this role’s daily activities. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask under minimal supervision are valuable traits for this position.
