IFC Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Associate based in Dubai, UAE. Key Responsibilities
As an Administrative Associate, you will be responsible for a broad range of operational and compliance tasks, including:
- Handling general administration and document control with accuracy and efficiency.
- Managing client onboarding processes, ensuring KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance are met.
- Supporting company formation across UAE mainland and various free zones.
- Processing visa applications through systems such as MOHRE, AMER, ICP, and GDRFA.
- Operating free zone portals including DMCC, IFZA, MEYDAN, RAKEZ, ADGM, DIFC, and DAFZA to facilitate business setup and regulatory compliance.
- Maintaining CRM via ActiveCampaign and managing internal operations through Moxo.
- Preparing engagement letters, proposals, and providing corporate secretarial support.
- Overseeing Ultimate Beneficial Ownership (UBO) management and assisting with regulatory compliance requirements.
Required Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will bring the following qualifications and skills:
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience within UAE corporate services, business setup, or a related services firm.
- Proven familiarity with at least one or two UAE free zone portals and related procedures.
- In-depth understanding of KYC, AML, and UAE regulatory compliance standards.
- Strong organizational skills combined with a self-motivated, client-focused approach.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot to enhance productivity.
- Excellent professional communication skills in written English.
Compensation and Work Details
This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary of AED 5,000 along with performance-based incentives. The role is based in Dubai and the employer prefers candidates who can join immediately.
