Shriji Trading FZCO is seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join its expanding team in Dubai, UAE. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in financial management and accounting, particularly within the trading and commodities sectors. The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering accurate management information, supporting budgeting processes, and enhancing data quality to drive informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

The Management Accountant will be responsible for preparing detailed management information reports both daily and monthly, ensuring data integrity by identifying and rectifying source discrepancies. You will manage segment profit and loss statements with appropriate allocations, maintain live trading performance trackers, and develop dashboards for business promoters. Planning and analysis will form a core part of your duties, including the preparation and rolling update of fiscal year budgets, variance analysis with insightful commentary, as well as constructing cost allocation and unit economics models. Upholding standards by defining KPIs, creating scorecards and templates, and spearheading efforts to resolve data quality issues is also expected.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have a professional accounting qualification such as CA or CMA, or hold an MBA with a focus on Finance. Experience working within multi-entity and multi-segment management accounting environments is essential. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling capabilities, is mandatory, while skills in Power BI will be considered an advantage. Prior exposure to trading or commodities markets will enhance your suitability for the position.
