Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Accounts Receivable Officer with at least one year of experience, preferably within a real estate development company based in Dubai. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic finance team and enhance your skills in managing client accounts and ensuring timely payment processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor incoming payments from clients to ensure accurate and timely recording.
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Coordinate with other departments, including sales and property management, to resolve billing discrepancies or payment issues.
• Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and outstanding balances.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities relating to receivables.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum one year of hands-on experience in accounts receivable.
• Experience working within a real estate development company in Dubai is essential.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles related to receivables.
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and clients.
