Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai. This role involves managing both accounts receivable and payable, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting payroll processing. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior accountants to ensure the company’s financial data is accurately maintained and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

The Junior Accountant will be responsible for:

• Handling accounts receivable by documenting bills and maintaining supporting documents.
• Managing accounts payable to ensure the prompt payment of invoices, validating debts, and collecting necessary approvals.
• Updating financial records using specialized accounting software.
• Collecting payroll expenses and accurately entering them into financial records.
• Analyzing financial data and assisting in the preparation of balance sheets.

Required Skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with accounting software and financial record-keeping.
• Basic understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and contribute to balance sheet preparation.
