We are seeking a dedicated Junior Accountant based in Pakistan to support our finance team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for those with foundational accounting knowledge who are eager to grow their skills within a dynamic business environment. The role involves supporting daily accounting tasks and assisting senior accountants in preparing financial reports.

Key Responsibilities

The Junior Accountant will handle various financial duties, including:

• Managing daily data entry related to accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Conducting regular bank reconciliations and overseeing petty cash transactions.
• Organizing and maintaining financial documents, such as invoices and payment records.
• Supporting the preparation of monthly financial summaries and audit documentation alongside senior accounting staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
• 1 to 2 years of practical accounting experience; UAE experience or internships are viewed as valuable advantages.
• Basic understanding of UAE VAT regulations and general accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software—experience with ERP systems or SAP is beneficial.
• Strong numerical aptitude combined with meticulous attention to detail.
